The nature of god
The Apostle's Creed
I believe in God, the Father Almighty,
maker of heaven and earth;
And in Jesus Christ his only Son, our Lord;
who was conceived by the Holy Spirit,
born of the Virgin Mary,
suffered under Pontius Pilate,
was crucified, dead, and buried;*
the third day He rose from the dead;
He ascended into heaven,
and sitteth at the right hand of God the Father Almighty;
from thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead.
I believe in the Holy Spirit,
the holy catholic** church,
the communion of saints,
the forgiveness of sins,
the resurrection of the body,
and the life everlasting. Amen.
*Traditional use of this creed includes these words: "He descended into hell."

COMMUNION & BAPTISM
-
Communion, or the Lord’s Supper, is observed by all believers until the return of Jesus Christ. The bread and cup are offered the first Sunday of every month and distributed independently. The elements are blessed and held until all can partake at the same time. All believers may partake of the Lord’s Supper regardless of denomination.
-
In obedience to God’s Holy Word, baptism is a public testimony of the believer’s personal relationship to Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior and is therefore an essential act of Christian commitment. It is available to all who believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who led a perfect life and was sacrificed for our sins; was buried; and on the third day arose from the grave.
